Jaguar Heritage News - February 2014

Saturday, February 1, 2014

The Jaguar Heritage newsletter is produced each month to keep enthusiasts and followers up to date with our news and the many activities and events that we support.  As well as publishing the newsletter on our website, it is also sent to several of the major Clubs and enthusiast publications around the world in order to communicate our news to a wider audience.

As the weather has being doing its worst for last few weeks, the Jaguar Heritage team has been keeping busy working on various marketing and archive activities as well as maintaining the vehicle collection and supporting some events.  This month's newsletter takes a look back at the fascinating history of Jaguar's Castle Bromwich plant which played a key role during the Second World War.  Also included is a report on an interesting pair of Daimlers that are 107 years old this year!  Preparations are also being made for events later in the year which have necessitated making a couple of vehicle swaps in the Jaguar gallery at the Coventry Transport Museum - keeping the Jaguar Heritage workshop busy.
