Jaguar Heritage News - July 2014

Tuesday, July 29, 2014

The Jaguar Heritage newsletter is produced each month to keep enthusiasts and followers up to date with our news and the many activities and events that we support.  As well as publishing the newsletter on our website, it is also sent to several of the major Clubs and enthusiast publications around the world in order to communicate our news to a wider audience.

The month kicked off with the Goodwood Festival of Speed where the team turned out in force with 5 historic race cars from the collection.  This was followed by a weekend where events were supported  in France, Ireland and Germany simultaneously! There were many other more minor events and activities closer to home ranging from an art exhibition in Leamington Spa to the issuing of our 40,000th Heritage Certificate.  More recently there has been an event to mark the production of the final Jaguar XK of the X150 generation at the Castle Bromwich plant and there has also been the dramatic announcement by JLR that it has purchased James Hulls collection of some 543 cars which includes over 130 Jaguars.  Finally there is the normal round-up of forthcoming events at which people will be able to see Jaguar Heritage vehicles on display or in action over the next month.
