Jaguar Heritage News - March 2014

Saturday, March 1, 2014

The Jaguar Heritage newsletter is produced each month to keep enthusiasts and followers up to date with our news and the many activities and events that we support.  As well as publishing the newsletter on our website, it is also sent to several of the major Clubs and enthusiast publications around the world in order to communicate our news to a wider audience.

The big news this month concerns the recent announcement regarding the New Museum Collection Centre to be built at the Gaydon site, adjacent to the Heritage Motor Centre Museum.  This exciting project will enable Jaguar Heritage to house all the vehicles in its reserve collection in a purpose-built facility that will be accessible to visitors.  It will also be the future home for all the Jaguar Heritage staff, bringing them back together again on the Gaydon site.  Other news covers the many photo and film shoots that have been supported recently for future magazine issues and TV programmes.  There is also an update on our museum displays - both vehicles and artefacts - and news of some plans for a special display to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the D-type.  Finally, there is a section on recent and forthcoming events with some hot-off-the-press shots from the Jaguar stand at Techno Classica in Essen.
